Photographs together, a few portraits or moments from the evening. Discuss when the photographer should join and how much time to set aside.
A social or business event
A reception, presentation, exhibition or private celebration. Let us know whether you need portraits, candid coverage or both.
Social companionship at an event
You can discuss photography alongside companionship and the event arrangements. Agree the shoot with everyone taking part and check the venue’s rules in advance.
Start with the portfolio
Ask your manager for a photographer’s portfolio and describe the style you like. For an evening shoot, ask for examples taken indoors and in low light.
Share the city, date, venue, approximate number of people and how you plan to use the photographs. Let us know if you need help arranging the meeting or event as well.
Before confirming, agree the cost, duration, number of finished photographs, editing and delivery dates. Discuss consent to photography and whether any publication needs separate approval.

Can I arrange just the photographer?
Yes, photography can be a separate request or part of a meeting, dinner or event arranged through SPHERE.
Where can I see the portfolio?
Ask the manager on Telegram. Describe the occasion and style of photographs you want so you can discuss relevant examples.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the date, location, duration and the agreed work. Ask your manager for the terms for your shoot; there is no fixed package price on this page.
What if photography is restricted at the venue?
Check the venue’s rules before confirming. Discuss permissions, access and any limits on photography with your manager and the venue.

A SPHERE manager handles your request. We discuss all terms in Telegram before making arrangements.
An advance for new clients
We begin making arrangements after an advance payment. It is credited towards the total cost; you pay the remaining balance when the service is provided. This lets us set aside time for your request and start work on the agreed terms.
No advance for returning clients
Returning clients do not need to pay in advance. Payment is made when the service is provided, using a mutually convenient method agreed privately.
If plans change
Please message your manager as early as possible. If you cancel, the advance is refunded less actual, documented expenses incurred for your request. If we cannot fulfil the request ourselves, we refund the advance in full.
Reviews on request
We do not publish reviews on the website. Ask your manager if you would like to see feedback about the service.
